This website is operated by an independent artist based in Madrid, Spain.

All artworks, products, and services offered on this site are created, curated, or commissioned by the artist unless otherwise stated.

2. Products & Services

The website offers the following:

• Original artworks (one-of-one pieces)
• Prints
• Merchandise (such as apparel and accessories)
• Commissions (custom artwork made to order)

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, particularly with handmade or limited items.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Credit and debit card processors

The artist does not store or have access to your full payment details.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations

Shipping is available worldwide.

Fulfilment

At present, many products are fulfilled and shipped from the United States via third-party production or logistics partners. In the future, some items may be produced, hand-finished, and shipped directly from Spain.

Fulfilment methods may change without affecting the validity of these Terms.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external factors beyond the artist's control.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In summary:

• Original artworks are non-refundable.
• Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Prints and merchandise may be eligible for return only if faulty or damaged on arrival.

6. Commissions

Commissioned work is created specifically for the client based on agreed parameters.

By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge that:

• Artistic interpretation is part of the process.
• Minor variations from initial concepts are normal.
• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Once work has commenced, commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artworks, images, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The artist is not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities
• Losses resulting from misuse of purchased items
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products
