1. Original Artworks
- All original artworks are final sale.
- Due to their unique nature, originals cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
2. Prints & Merchandise
Prints and merchandise may be eligible for replacement or refund only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is faulty or misprinted
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, or taste are not accepted.
3. Commissions
- Commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has begun.
- This includes concept development, sketches, or execution.
By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
4. Shipping Issues
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are not grounds for refunds.
Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
